Frame
If there's a manufacturing defect in the frame, we'll help.
Bike Parts
Eligible components with manufacturing defects are covered.
Factory Hardware
Certain original hardware may be covered against manufacturing defects.
Finish
Eligible manufacturing defects in the original finish may be covered.
Basically:

DIY modifications
Changes, repairs or alterations that aren't authorised by Neesh.
Improper care
Damage caused by poor storage, neglect, rust or corrosion.
Misuse
Using the bicycle outside its intended purpose.
